Date Nights..♥

Me and Gareth are lucky in the sense that we get to have a date night once a month, but over time you start to notice how expensive date nights can be, so we've decided to try and find other ways to have fun, without the cost. One of our main ideas is a fakeaway at home with a movie, but who want's to cook when you've got a child free evening and night!? Not me, that's for sure!

Sometimes, I wish we lived somewhere else other than Reading, we might not have the city status, but the prices are starting to resemble the capitals prices, although I can't say they're that bad just yet! Take my mum's town for example, she lives in Bude which is in Cornwall, and the cinema prices alone can make savings for a meal for two! Why is it so cheap there, but so expensive here?

Or maybe I'll just move abroad after analysing the infographic below! I can't believe that the cost of a date in Madrid is only £71.40 and that two cinema tickets only cost £17! It's about £25 if not more in Reading! However, two cinema tickets in Singapore cost even less - an amazing £11.45 for two people!

That's it, I'm going to check out the currency exchange and get me a ticket for a plane, I'm not really of course, but whenever I next go abroad I know where is best value for money for a date night, and I also know where to avoid! It just baffles me as to how money works! If one place can do something for pennies, why do others charge pounds!?

Until next time,
Jada x
