And while it’s important for children, it’s the same for adults who are working and need that energy to last all day. After all, breakfast is the most important meal of the day.

Get rid of snacks
Unhealthy snacks, that is. It’s okay to nibble on something when you’re spending time with your family. However, instead of that buttery popcorn, you could consider eating some fruit or healthy sandwiches instead. “Good foods in, bad foods out”. Have dinner as a family
