A little bear arrived in our home this week, a little bear who is so small and cuddly, a little bear who has his very own magical book, a little bear who is also very funny!
I'd like to introduce you all to Bigsby Bear, Bigsby is the little bear with a very good word vocabulary who has made our home, his home. We are very welcoming of Bigsby & we hope he continues to have lots of fun in our home, like he has been having every day with Spud!
Bigsby is an interactive magical bear, cuddly without his book, but cuddly and magic with his book. Team Bigsby up with his magical book, read the book to or with Bigsby and be amazed as Bigsby interacts with you in response to magical sentences in the book.
I had heard excellent reviews of Bigsby before we received him ourselves for the back to school feature going on here on Unique Young Mum. I was extremely pleased to know Bigsby lives up to the expectations I had of him.
Bigsby is the perfect educational gift for children, children who are starting reception will soon be learning how to read and if they already know how to read, they will soon pick up improvements, all UK school aged children learn English as a subject at school throughout their whole school life. Bigsby is perfect in my eyes for children aged 3-11.
Bigsby helps encourage children to read by interacting with your child/children when you or your child/children themselves read the book aloud to him/with him. Selected sentences throughout the book are highlighted and these thighlighted words are magical. When the highlighted sentence is read out, Bigsby will respond with selected phases & even comes out with some random sentences too!
Spud thoroughly enjoys Bigsby being around, and has not put Bigsby and his magical book down since they have arrived. Once bedtime arrives, Spud reads with Bigsby, and has a little giggle every night before bedtime. Bigsby is then placed at the end of his bed, ready for the adventure to start all over again the next day.
